Dandenong Cricket Club has had a proud tradition of developing young players who have gone on to represent the state in various age groups ranging from Under 15's through to Under 17's. Some of these players have developed further to represent Australia in the junior competition, and some have progressed through the state ranks (both in senior and state 2nd XI/Future League matches).
